Employees of the Quarter Rewards Program | New Client Referral Incentive Program

Employees of the Quarter Rewards Program:

UST is proud to say that we employ the very best staff in our industry. Full time employees are eligible for our Employees of the Quarter Rewards Program. Each quarter, three transcriptionists will be selected based on the following weighted scale criteria submitted by the supervisors of our transcription staff.

Production: 20 points out of 100 possible

Quality: 60 points out of 100 possible

Flexibility: 10 points out of 100 possible (Defined as willingness to shift to a different account, transcribe stats or different work types, work temporarily different hours, etc.)

Reliability: 10 points out of 100 possible (Defined as availability to work other than during scheduled time off.)

Each selected transcriptionist will receive a $100.00 gift certificate. We want to thank everyone for the continued support of UST as we move forward as a company together.

New Client Referral Incentive Program:

In an effort to add incentive to the positive marketing leads being rendered by our employees who are searching for new clients for UST, we offer the following monetary rewards:

$500.00 to any employee who provides contact information for a prospective client that has 5 or less dictators that then signs a contract for medical transcription services with UST.

$1,000.00 to any employee who provides contact information for a prospective client that has 6 - 10 dictators that then signs a contract for medical transcription services with UST.

$2,000.00 to any employee who provides contact information for a prospective client that has 11 - 20 dictators that then signs a contract for medical transcription services with UST.

$3,000.00 to any employee who provides contact information for a prospective client that has 21 - 50 dictators that then signs a contract for medical transcription services with UST.

$4,000.00 to any employee who provides contact information for a prospective client that has 51 or more dictators that then signs a contract for medical transcription services with UST.

"Contact information" as used above means a specific person to contact with a phone number. If you would like UST marketing packets that you can deliver to potential clients, please notify our office and they will be shipped directly to you.
